Leave ALL personal belongings at home or securely in vehicle such as purse, food, jewelry, coats/jackets/sweaters etc. Only carry reading material, checkbook and silenced electronics to the salon. You will be given a new reusable/recyclable paper bag in which carry your items during your visit. This will help limit potential exposure to COVID-19. We will not be held responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Our expectation is that you will be arriving from home, clean & fresh, having experienced no previous contact with the coronavirus. We take your health seriously and request that you do not arrive at the SpALON from a previous outing such as shopping or another appointment.
Please allow yourself enough time for travel and for parking, expecting to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. In order to maintain Social Distancing Guidelines, please remain in your vehicle and TEXT us upon arrival to check in- (847) 567-8340. We will respond with your estimated entrance timing. If weather permits, you are welcome to enjoy our lovely courtyard prior to your SpALONing appointment. Please note that most cell phones do not have cell service in the underground parking garage. Street parking is recommended until you have received your estimated entrance time. We ask that you wear a new disposable mask as you make your way to our door, where you will wait outside as we scan your forehead for your temperature. Once inside, you will sample our delightful, new line of Hand Sanitizers.
Disposable masks are required as ahavah ORGANIC SpALON will not be held responsible for any staining that can happen to a cloth mask during hair colouring or shampooing. If you are unable to acquire a disposable mask, please wear a reusable mask to the SpALON, and upon entrance, we will provide you with a disposable mask.
SpALONing areas that you come in contact with will have been cleansed and sanitized prior to your arrival and again after you to prepare for the next SpALONer. As you await your appointment, settle in, breathe in our soothing aromatherapy and fill out the required forms. Please note that a late arrival will limit your SpALONing appointment time.
Cancellations and reschedules require notice at your earliest convenience. After TWO (2) attempts to reach you for a confirmation without reply, we reserve the right to cancel your SpALON appointment.
We prefer personal checks for payment with gratuities included. Cash is appreciated. Electronic and touchless payments can be accepted through Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. Electronic gratuities vary with each Holistic SpALON Service Provider.
Please do not bring your own personal beauty products for use in the SpALON.
Respectfully refrain from wearing any perfume.
Please do not bring breakfast, lunch, or dinner with you into the SpALON.
No exchanges or refunds of retail product.
Our vendors do not sell through Amazon and any item not purchased through the SpALON will not be guaranteed effective.
As a courtesy to our other guests, please silence all your mobile electronic devices. Our Holistic SpALON Service Providers will give you undivided attention during your SpALON visit. Each appointment is specifically timed for services booked and with extra cleansing and sanitizing steps due to COVID-19, will not be able to be changed. This is to give our Holistic SpALON Service Providers the appropriate amount of time between appointments to properly clean and sanitize before and after each appointment.
Requests for SpALON services is high, please consider booking your SpALONing appointments three (3) to six (6) months in advance if you desire a specific time and day.
